Hi Mon!... I just commented on this topic on Meggs blog... http://meggenge.blogspot.com/ ... how serendipitous!!!!!!!! Can you be content and yet also have hopes for the future ... without it being a contradiction? I believe you can ... contentment comes from within, a deep satisfied feeling that all is, as it is. But hope.... hope is what motivates us to be a better person and to strive for the seemingly impossible ... hope is what helps us to get through another day ... hope is that necessary element to give you an optimistic outlook on life. I am contentedly hopeful :)
